Due to the nature of the products we sell, all goods must be returned with their original packaging unopened and a re-saleable condition in order for refunds to be granted.
We pack our goods in such a way that they can be offered up to the area required for fitment, without the need to remove the original packaging.
Due to the competitive pricing of all In-Sole products, buyers are required to pay for the full return postage (Prof of postage will be required if goods are lost in post).
We strongly advise that all goods are return by royal mails “Recorded Signed For” service or their “Special Delivery” service when returning your goods to us, the return address will be emailed on the receipt of the email for return.
The cost for returning the goods will not be refundable by In-Sole.
All efforts are made to ensure all goods are listed correctly and accurately.
No refund will be given if the goods are not suitable or unwanted.
Goods returned in a damaged state (due to poor returned packaging) will not be refunded.
Please contact us on the:- firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your goods, in order for the return to be logged.
All returns must be completed within the 14 day returns period in order for refunds to be granted.
We aim to process the return on the day as the receipt back to In-Sole. However please leave a few days for the return to be processed.
A 10% re-stocking fee may be applied for larger orders.
